The one I am talking about disappears when you click on it to show the screenshotted menu. The blue circle in the calendar is NOT the one I am talking about.
This one....How can I stop these notifications and that blue circle from appearing?
Alternatively, you can turn on Focus Assist. Then you'll just see a crescent moon, but if you click on it you'll still be able to see any notifications you may have missed.If I understand correctly.
Go to Settings, then System, then Notifications.
Here you can turn On or Off what apps etc you want to receive notifications for.
How can I do this but turn off EVERYTHING?This one....

Might be but I think Defender notifications will override it (or should do). For those notifications you will need to configure via Defender.For the record, this is what I ran in a .reg file to turn them off.
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\PushNotifications]
"ToastEnabled"=dword:00000000
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced]
"TaskbarBadges"=dword:00000000
This all looks good, right?
