Solved Remove the lockscreen before the password

In Win10 long time ago,I remember doing some changes that allowed me to remove the screen that appears before the password screen so even if the screen is off(it takes a 1-2 seconds to turn back on),as soon I start typing it was already inserting what I typed in the password field

For example if I press Win+L it will send me to the password screen,not the screen that there is nothing except the background and the clock(and other things if you enable them)
