Run the powershell command to view all installed packages on your machine, then run the command to remove that one. Even if it fails, run to show all packages again… is it still there?

For example, look carefully at your first command.

The second dash is no longer a dash, and will not be accepted by PowerShell.

Powershell: 
Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers | Select Name, PackageFullName
will work after I replace the em-dash (second one) with a normal dash.

Same thing happens with the last dash in the second command.
