Repair install Using Windows Update.

Hi. Hoping someone can give me some advice. After installing the October Windows Updates, which went OK, our laptop froze randomly. Our only option was to press the power button. We are on Windows 11 24H2. I tried to do a repair install "Fix problems using Windows Update " but it froze shortly into the process. I restored using a Macrium Image and all was well. I ran a Repair Install again and after installing the freezing began again. Is "Fix problems....." the same as downloading from the MS website as I want to avoid a Clean Install if I can? Would appreciate some advice. Thanks.

Thanks @zbook . I'll run the log collector. The problem has only happened after installing the latest Cumulative Update and not just now after restoring back so won't show up in logs. The PC is working normally just now but i can't update in case it freezes. I'm wondering if it's the Update to blame? Thanks.

Windows unless manually cleaned (disk cleanup, Ccleaner, Glary Utilities) may have created reports related to upgrades and / or freezes in the restored image or after using the restored image.
