Is there a place where I can report spam from Bose? I had unsubscribed but it keeps sending me emails. So I would like to report to some sort of spam authority and have it registered in the spamhouse, etc.

If you use Outlook 365 or Outlook 2021 to handle your email you can set rules for what to do with that email address such as block or tag it junk. Alls future emails would go to your junk folder. If you use Outlook (new) to handle your email you can do the same.
If your address is a gmail address, and you access it through the web interface, google offers tagging a sender as junk as well.
It's a known fact that once you get on a mailing list, even if you hit unsubscribe, most times you accomplish nothing. The reason being, a lot of companies make money off of selling their email lists to other companies and don't honor the "unsubscribe". The more names & email addresses that are on it, the more money they make. Once you let your email address get out there.. it's out there and you can't stop it.
There is a government agency where one can report phishing emails but if the mails are advertisement, that's not phishing. That's spam. A phishing email is one that tries to garner your personal information.
Getting spam is a fact of life if you ever use an email address to purchase on the web or make a login at some of the smaller companies. When I say smaller I mean smaller than Amazon. AFIK, Amazon does not sell their mailing lists. This is where it pays you to read their terms of service.
As far as Bose, you can contact them by going to the bottom of this page and selecting :contact us" You have the option of chat and phone.
If you can't block their emails, I would start there.

I know it is as simple as filter it as junk and have it deliver to the bin directly. But I would like to "punish" them, though I know this action won't blacklist them, but if somehow enough people did it, then perhaps Bose would eventually be blacklisted.
It will usually tell you that there is a period of time before the system updates your request.
But if you want to know the truth, I don't take any crap from these companies and I call whatever number I can get a hold of and demand I be taken off the list.

A lot of those unsubscribe links just lets them know their emails are being received. Seeing as it just emails from Bose, I would block their emails. The ones that P*ss me off are the scam emails that use a onetime email address.

Ordinarily I would agree, but not with a company like Bose. I’d guess the OP subscribed at some point, or wasn’t paying attention when purchasing or creating an account. Easily done.
What is broken is these mail out systems.

For all we know the OP may not have given Bose time to remove their email address. The way I'm seeing it is that it's just emails from Bose so why not just block it. Depending on their email client it should be easy to do.
