"Reset This PC" questions

Hello,

I'm about ready to reset this Win11 PC after backing up all that I want to back up, but I was wondering if the following will be preserved?

Win 11 Professional Upgrade
Office Home and Business 2021
PowerToys

Will I need to reinstall those 3 items again?

1) It depends if pc has a bios embedded key for Window 8/10/11 Home. It might reset to Home but easy enoug to reupgrade to pro.

It's a MS Surface Pro so would that have an embedded bios key?

Don't know. I bought it with Home but added the $99 Pro addition a couple of days later.

This isn't an upgrade from Windows 10 or anything.
