Solved restart setting up windows 11

I did had the set up done, but I got a lot of corrupted files on it from an external hard drive.
How can I start over with like an out of the box PC without deleting the OS in the process.

Thank you for the quick reply.
I do not quite understand the process described in the tutorial.
When I started to set up the new PC, a window came up stating I had a back up and if I wanted to install it.
So I clicked yes. However, it brought up files from my old PC and some of our other PC
I like to clear all those files and start fresh.
I have very little knowledge about PC stuff.

Run the following commands, in turn, at an elevated command prompt

sfc /scannow
dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

sfc /scannow will attempt to repair any corrupted files 'in-situ', and,
dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth will attempt to repair any corrupted files by downloading from the MS servers'

Might be helpful, if "Vonda" is having trouble with corrupted OS files. It wasn't clear to me whether that is the case.

As it's a new PC, I'd prefer a clean start anyway. Those repairs are not absolutely robust.
