Right-Click Context Menu Not Working Correctly?

Hi everyone,

When I right-click on an object, I randomly get the new streamlined Windows 11 context menu or the legacy one. I have noticed something strange. It seems to happen mainly every second time I right-click on something. It can also occur the first time.

This seems to have started after KB5063060.

Is anyone else having the same problem?

You can always uninstall the latest update.
Or you can do a System Restore to a time before you downloaded the Update
Or you can do a Clean Boot. If that works, than you can keep it that way or you can add one or more Services or Start Up Items at a time until the behavior returns, then you will know the culprit

I will keep things as they are until the next cumulative update. I came across another person with the same problem, so I am not alone with this bug.
