Solved Right click menu problem

Is this a touchscreen pc? If not, try disabling checkboxes. I’ve seen a glitch similar to this and somehow the checkboxes were tied to it

Normal screen, with no checkboxes. its just weird no one was able to reproduce it

checkboxes are on in your screenshot... if they are,
go to the ... icon > Folder Options > View > and uncheck "Use Check Boxes to Select Items" > Apply > OK

Q: is this only happening with .rar files, or every file type?

oh I though you saw latest GIF down the thread, no checkboxes now and it happens with all file types with fast hover and click like I showed, slow down and it acts normal
