rpcrt4.dll mismatch

I am running windows 11 pro 25H2 26200.8117 Build 26200 . I looked in the relibility monitor and saw an error. I had a great idea lets see what Copilot thinks of the error. It had me enter the following command (Get-Item "C:\Windows\System32\rpcrt4.dll").VersionInfo. It came back with the following
PS C:\Users\Don> (Get-Item "C:\Windows\System32\rpcrt4.dll").VersionInfo
ProductVersion FileVersion FileName
-------------- ----------- --------
10.0.26100.1 10.0.26100.1 ... C:\Windows\System32\rpcrt4.dll
That says there is a skew in installed version and my activated version. 26100 vs 26200 and I have to reinstall windows. I checked my other PC and I have the same skew. Do I have a problem or is Copilot wrong

25H2 is actually a 24H2 build, that reports itself as "26200" instead of 26100. Internally, all the file versions are 26100.

If you have any 24H2 build later than 26100.5074 (August 2025 Preview), applying the 25H2 Enablement Package does two things:
1. Unlocks 25H2 features hidden inside the normal 24H2 updates from September 2025 and onward.​
2. Changes the reported OS build and release name to 26200 and 25H2.​

Both 24H2 and 25H2 share the same Monthly Updates, which contain 26100.* versioned files. It's the presence of 25H2 Enablement that gives you a different user experience. A 25H2 ISO is an updated 24H2 image that has the Enablement already pre-installed.

You still have a reliability error.

Maybe doing a SFC /scannow or DISM /restorehealth (which Copilot has better knowledge about) can help you.

Actually Copilot did a great job. It created scripts and really did a good job of diag the problem. It just got a little shakey in how to solve it. You should try it, was pritty cool and It did have me run dism and scf commands.
And was really a transparent problen I didn't know existed until I looked in the reliability monitor.
If you want to have fun ask copilot to check your driver store and do an indepth analysis of it
