Save Dialog box slow to load when saving file from multiple browsers

Hi, lately I have noticed that when I click "Save As" in browsers such as Opera and Brave, the dialog box takes a long time to load.

Any suggestions on how to resolve?

Try changing the location in the browser settings (Downloads).
It may be slow RAM or not enough RAM, slow or not optimized disk, processor is loaded with something.
Rebuild Icon Cache.
