Ok! I will check it out... It's very weird behaviour...I have never seen such a bug to laptop...at least at my previous laptop with windows 10 (I owned it since 2010!)..now I am seeing it every time (if I will not wait for 3 minutes) to my freshly new dell alienware laptop with windows 11... I cannot explain it...

Thanks for your help! I really appreciate it, but I would prefer to wait for Microsoft to fix it, rather than running something so as change values or services behaviour etc. It's their fault so I will use the aforementioned normal methods until they fix it by themselves..
