I rolled back the NVIDIA GeForce GT 730 driver and nothing happened. I had also noticed that the monitors were displayed under Sound, video and game controllers, so I also rolled back the NVIDIA High Definition Audio driver and restarted my computer. Nothing happened and after about an hour my second monitor turned on.
