OS
Windows 11
Windows 11 pro. Version 25H.
The problem started before the installation of 25H
I've used Chrome, Firefox and Edge - same problems erratically appear. They also appear when no browser is running. It has definitely happened in PDF Xchange and in WPS Office PDF.
Something is interfering with keyboard commands big time. I am having a terrible time finding the conflict. Text I've typed, pasted etc disappears when I use cntrl+v or when I use cntrol=shift+v. When typing into a web box such as this all I've typed triples in size and gets smaller and larger depending upon mouse movements. What seems to start this behavior is hitting shift+enter to make a new paragraph. When this happens a voice begins to read the text out loud. It starts from wherever the cursor is and shuts up when I press something - almost anything!
This is a new line created by shift+enter. Since these things happen erratically I can say when it started. This is a month old new Ryzen Windows 11 desktop which started out fine!
I never had windows clipboard activated although I don't know how to fully disable it. I use Clip Clip - an app I love and have used for years. It is a clip board app. It has keyboard shortcuts and I've turned them all off.
I'm not running MS Office. I am using WPS Office or Office Libre. I uninstalled WPS Office with Revo but that didn't fix it.
I use a gaming mouse and have the internal memory set for a few commands such as cntrl+V and cntrl+shift+v. I tried a new mouse - the sameLogitech G9003 but the internal memory is not set. No difference.
I am using eMclient for four email accounts. I've never used it before. I note it has a long list of shortcuts. I tried to delete/disable them but get a message saying the program's own commands use these shortcuts. Like the app and it does a few things nothing does anymore since Outlook was dumbed down. So much seems to be wierd I hesitate to uninstall a vital program I use all the time for business - of course I will....but I have no evidence it's actually responsible for the problem.
I also use a Kinesis Freestyle Pro which has some dedicated keys for things such as copy, paste, delete and similar. However, this has been a constant with my old computer Win 10 and in use from day one with the new windows 11 computer.
I am using a Microsoft accessability theme: a high contrast theme where the only thing I did was edit the background color.
Some of this wierd behavior feels related to some accessability feature gone rogue. I did try several - mostly related to vision.
I feel like I've isolated a few key combinations that most often make things go wierd. Is there any way I can trace them?
All thoughts, suggestions and magic wands appreciated.
Thanks in advance. I apologize for all the lines...it seems to making them all by itself, as I'm sure is obvious by now.

Having posted I see that some of the crazier things such as lines between lines are visible when I'm creating the post but not when it's actually posted....
