Should I re-install Windows 11 or recover?

Windows 10 ver 22h2
In December of last year I upgraded to Windows 11. All seemed to be going fine until I recently switched to a mesh Wi-Fi system. My hard wired devices are still connected through the AT&T Modem, but the remaining devices are wi-fi. That being said, I am having issues with my two old NAS devices. Both are WD devices. The issue I get is that most of the time I have to map the drives because it could not be read. Don't know why this is happening, but I'm thinking it could have something to do with the settings in Windows 11. If I do a Windows recovery, will that fix the issue? If I re-install Windows 11, will that fix the issue? Or, maybe it is something else? Thanks!

IMO, no it won't. I've not set up a mesh network so have no experience with it but you did not have a problem until you changed your network. That would point back to the network settings. Try assigning your devices static IP addresses? I have found doing so solves a lot of random connection problems. Every device on my network as been assigned a static ip address.

For the network hardware, resetting the network adapters will do everything that a clean install would:

I use reserved IP addresses on my router so every important network connected device gets the same IP address every time, but I can leave DHCP enabled on all devices.

If you are speaking to me, My NAS is connected to the switch underneath my desk. The AT&T modem/router is also wired in to the switch. Any other devices are for the most part Wi-Fi and are connected to the mesh system router. My Modem/router has been configured so that the Wi-Fi is disabled. I tried to change from dynamic to static, but I may have done something wrong and it would not work. I then switched back to dynamic.
So, to recap, the PC and the NAS, along with my printer are all hard wired to the switch box. The other devices, such as phones, tablets, sonos, TV's etc are all Wi-Fi.
