Shutdown takes up to 5 minutes

When shutting down the computer, it takes up to 5 minutes.

During this time if to execute command like "shutdown -a", the system responds "Shutdown cannot be aborted because it has not been initiated". Then after a while, it suddenly shuts down.

You can use the attached batch script to add registry entries that will automatically terminate user processes during shutdown.

As I said, the shutdown even does not start for these 5 minutes, so nothing tries to terminate any processes.
Logging off the session happens instantly.
