Since upgrade to Win11 restart doesn't work

Oh yes,,,Restart. All the methods that MS provides for restarting Windows are so convoluted and Klunky, I refuse to use them. I dislike using multiple steps to do something I can accomplish in just one step.
If I want to RE-Boot my system, I just click the Reboot icon in my Quick Launch Toolbar, (Task Bar) It's a derivitive of the Quick Shutdown Shortcut.
The Re-Boot Shortcut:
%windir%\System32\shutdown.exe /r /t 1

You can download ExplorerPatcher from Github. It gives your Windows 11 a Windows 10 Taskbar, which you can move to the top, left or right. It works with 22H2. I haven't tried it with Open-Shell but it should word. Of course, you will probably need to reinstall it after every big Windows Update.

Classic Shell was created by Ivo Beltchev and then abruptly abandoned, and someone else has picked it up and renamed it Open-Shell and has been supporting it ever since. It is the same code, just updated. So, if you are fan, consider upgrading to the latest version.
