Windows 11 23H2 (OS Build 22631.3593)
I have a Dymo Label Writer Add-in in my "Slow and Disabled COM Add-Ins'

However, the only option I am given is to enable it. Which seems counter-productive. I think I would need to disable it.

Please help me what am I supposed to do to disable this ? bandicam 2024-08-12 15-58-04-116.jpg

Hi, John

Go to File>Options
At the bottom click on Add-Ins
Scroll to the bottom on the right
Check the disabled add-ins to make sure it isn't already disabled
At the bottom where it says Manage COM Add-Ins click "Go"

Uncheck the add-in
Click OK

By default, when Outlook is loading and it finds an add-in that is slowing down Outlook, ridiculously sometimes by even 1.8 seconds, it disables it.

I have tried to remove the culprits before but it says I need to be an Admin to do so, which I am, so I suspect it means some kind of elevated admin, like a Gandhi Admin or something

Maybe I should become an Actualized Admin.

I have never actually right clicked and run Outlook as admin, If I did, I suspect the Add-in could be removed.

According to Outlook, it slows Outlook down by 1.8 seconds, which is laughable. So it disables it. I enabled it when I seen it before.
