Solved Some blank icons on desktop; cannot change them. Tried a lot. HElp needed.

Hello and thank you for reading my problem.

I installed Windows 11 from scratch, together with apps/programs.

After using Storage Sense and let it clean up, I am experiencing some blank icons on my desktop.
Most are OK, but still about 12 that are blank.
Some were restored with Right click->properties-> change icon-> choose the same
But there a some that do not react to that. EVen when I browse for another icon, and then again and choose the first one (It show in the choices of the icons, so it is there) then after choosing it I get a blank again.

I sometimes also get after apply (the icon) "administrative privileges needed", but this doesn't do things either.

I did:
rebuild icons desktop procedure
DISM health restore
traced with backups/restores that it really occurs after using Storage Sence ("RunStorage Sense now")

I didn't try to reinstall the OS again,m and hope not that would be the solution, because there is a lot to install and set (again)....

No help most likely, but does tell you that at least one other member here has encountered this problem, albeit with so far only one program:

I used a script from this site to rebuild the icons. That didn't work.
I did it by hand (delete cache) and restarted. Then it worked. Strange, but I'm satisfied.
