This just started happening. I am using Malwarebytes Pro and also Win Defender. Have had no issues.
Something is running in the background. I guess.
When I move the cursor around it invariably hesitates. This seems to be intermittent.
I have scanned using external virus scan and it is clean.
This just started happening. I use a logitek trackball and also an amazon mouse. I have had no issues with these before. The trackball seems to be affected more than the mouse.
Yesterday I did a Net Framework upgrade. How do I uninstall that to see if that is the issue
