I was just wondering if this annoyance happens to anyone else or if it’s my laptop for some reason.
When I click on the “All apps” button in the Start Menu for the first time after boot or restart, there is no response. I need to click it a second time to go to the all apps list. From then on it works fine until the next boot or restart.
Is this a possible bug or is this not happening to other people?
