Sticky notes not launching on startup

Hello,
I'm not sure if this is a bug or is it by design, i create many many sticky notes lately and want them to open up on startup, sometimes even the icon disappears from the taskbar after I make it pinned.
Is it by design or my Windows is not behaving as it should ?

What I understand from that is, it's by design, and the question of "why it gets unpinned from the taskbar" is still unanswered, all good, thank you.

Any alternative to the built-in sticky notes? One that will start automatically with windows?
