I would wait for a while. It may be doing some updates in the background and not be showing the progress.

Check task manager, network tab for usage. Depending on the age of your install and updates needed, there was a bug with the Store, it lasted through most Win10 builds into early Win11, the interface was not showing progress but it was still completing the downloads. When network usage goes back to normal, close then re open Store and updates/ downloads are shown as completed.

The quickest solution would be to do a fresh installation of windows 11

Here is my personal experience with windows store.

I do weekly Macruim image of C drive.

3 weeks ago my store apps stopped working. For example notepad in the task bar disappeared.Similar things happened with other store apps. When I try to download the app again I would get an error message

I read about defective store app. The solution was too complicated and I decided to restore 2 week old image and the store apps are all working fine.

I did back up recent data on a separate partition before restoring the image.

Windows 11 Home
Finally after an hour it loaded
It looks like it may have been a problem at Microsoft's servers, not at your end....

fully 'Windows 11 ready' laptop. Windows 10 C: partition migrated from my old unsupported 'main machine' then upgraded to 11. A test migration ran Insider builds for 2 months. When 11 was released on 5th October it was re-imaged back to 10 and was offered the upgrade in Windows Update on 20th October.
