Microsoft Store App: Does not open!

I did a factory reset on two of my HP desktops to get back the HP power plan and now that I am back up and running, I cannot get the Microsoft Store to open. Whenever I click on it from the Start menu, it has a line that looks as if it is updating, but after the progress bar is finished, it still doesn't open. I have reset the app, repaired the app, ran the windows store reset command, ran the sfc tool (sfc tool says it's okay), now I am doing a DISM command on one of them to try and get it to repair whatever is going on. If this doesn't work, I don't know what will besides doing a reset of the OS again.

Hoping someone has some other solutions to give me.

Have you tried to actually uninstall the store and reinstall it? Please use Powershell.

None of these have worked. I even went as far as resetting my computers, and the Microsoft Store app still doesn't open.

Same here on Windows 10. Just started after the last Store App update a couple of days ago. Exact error showing up containing store version number. When I'm back at the computer I'll post it. Hopefully it's ok to post about an issue on Windows 10 here. I'll also say whether it happens on my Win11 laptop.

@tracey5 My Microsoft Store app on Windows 11 from both computers finally started working after another reset on one and a clean install on the other. That's the only solution I could come up with.
