Strange Bar Showing On Certain Images

I still think there has to be a solution for my issue, but so far I haven't been able to find it.
What does it look like if you sign out?

Hi Edwin,
Thanks again for your time & efforts in trying to help me with this frustrating issue, I'm enclosing another screenshot with me not signed into my provider account, as you can see in the screenshot there isn't any image showing at all with me signed out. At least while I'm using firefox it has the picture-in-picture pop-out feature that I'm really liking because I'm still able to view the msnbc site while I'm still able to view other sites such as this windows 11 forum site.

Are you using any add-ons, specifically Dark Reader or an ad blocker?

Turn off Dark Reader, or the other, or both, and you may be able to see an x-out on the frustrating banner in question, when you're signed in...

Edwin,
I don't know how I can ever repay you for all of your time & efforts in trying to help me but maybe I'll be able to think up some way to. As soon as I disable the dark reader extension on the msnbc site the black bar went away. Now I'm wondering if this trick will also work on the other chromium based browser's I have installed on the computer I'm currently using. The only reason that I normally use the dark reader add-on is due to the fact that some webpages are so bright and hurt my eyes when I view it.

You probably should be able to.
You can filter it to be site specific only...
Some sites are still glitchy with Dark Reader, especially if the site is trying to incorporate a dark theme of it's own.
