Strange widget panel bug

Twice now I have closed a message in the widget bar, and the pane has seemed to freeze.
If I click on desktop it won't close the panel. Like it normally would if working right
If I click on the button it closes panel but leaves a ghost of the panel on desktop, showing the images associated with whatever was on panel before I closed it.

Alas, both times this has happened there have been things showing between ghost and me so I have tried to close a window of an app and the desktop would go black. I have to assume its just explorer crashing as the taskbar still shows. Fact it doesn't have focus and hides behind everything is a little strange.

First time I just logged out and in and it fixed it.
Last time I just waited and desktop came back.

I could be wrong but I think both times happened after I was told I had access to the new Bing Chat in a chat box on widget panel, and I had hit the X to close it.

If/when it happens again I will try to get a screenshot. That has been goal last 2 times I moved an app after. It appears to show everything on desktop even if it wasn't showing there at time. Opens discord if its only running on taskbar before.

If you don't like or use widgets, you can disable them. Group policy if run Pro, regfile for home or pro.

I use the weather widget but not really any of the other ones. I haven't looked into alternatives for that one use I have, perhaps I will.

Avoiding a bug rather than fixing it just doesn't fly well with me.

SFC didn't find anything but that is normal, I find it doesn't help with desktop problems.

I have disabled bingchat in search already, though it still exists in Edge, I don't use that browser though. Perhaps I need to disable it in more places. This shows most of them - link
