Use one of these methods.

Method 1: Quick Shortcut​

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete
  3. A window titled "Clear browsing data" will appear.
  4. Choose a time range (e.g., “Last hour,” “Last 24 hours,” “All time”). Choose all time.
  5. Check the boxes for:
    Cookies and other site data
    Cached images and files
  6. Click Clear data.
  7. Close and reopen Chrome

Method 2: From Settings​

  1. Open Chrome and click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner.
  2. Go to Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data.
  3. Select the Basic or Advanced tab depending on what you want to remove.
  4. Check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
  5. Click Clear data.

Method 3: Clear Only Cache or Only Cookies​

  • To clear only cache: Uncheck "Cookies" and leave only "Cached images and files."
  • To clear only cookies: Uncheck "Cached images and files" and leave "Cookies and other site data."
Note: Clearing cookies will sign you out of most websites.

I would also run AdwCleaner. It installs nothing. Just download, launch, and click to scan.
