Task Scheduler Service will not start or run


I have not gone through all the services one at a time to find if their startup type can be changed, so you will get access denied messages.

Well your script won't do what you claimed, will it? I would suggest novices do not use it unless they have a full image backup.

Why not script works do you know it will take me months to go through each service startup type for each Windows version as i have shown in my Video that is why i post the video that the script works.

Here is a command from batch script that you can execute to see startup type cannot be changed with access denied error.

Code: 
sc config AppXSvc start= demand

Did you try with this syntax? net start "task scheduler"? I understand that the long service name requires the use of quotes
