I don't think any of the processors that fit your LGA1150 socket are on Microsoft's list of Windows 11 supported Intel processorsI see that several "fails" relate to the processor which I can upgrade

With regards the TPM, this motherboard has a socket for one so if I install a TPM 2.0 will that cover all the other fails?

There are workaround to bypass the checks for compatible hardware when installing or upgrading. Once installed 11 runs well on any system, supported or not. I'm running it on a 1st gen i5 at present, as a test. See my System Two in 'My Computers' below this post.As you say Windows 11 isn't a giant leap for mankind, certainly not warranting a near complete system rebuild to run it.
