Text to Speech not installing

Hi all, I work in IT and having an issue on a users laptop, who is based in Netherlands. For some reason I cant get the text to speech function to install for the Dutch language. It seems to install fine for UK and US languages but not Dutch.

Has anyone experienced this and any way around trying to get it fixed?

Error code: 0X80070070

Error 0x80070070 is ERROR_DISK_FULL.

As stated, the error means that the Disk the language pack you are installing to is full .
Press the Windows key +X and choose Disk Management.
Check the Disk Space. If there is Unallocated Space after the C: or whatever drive you are installing the pack to, you can Extend the drive into the Unallocated Space.
Other than that, do regular maintenance, Do Disk Cleanup

I am not going to assume that they have the Dutch Language Pack installed, just because they are in the Netherlands.
You may need to install the Dutch Language Pack first.

• Go to Settings > Time & Language > Language & Region
• Click Add a language, choose Dutch (Netherlands), and install it.
• After installation, click the language > Language options > install Speech
