The name of the Users folder has changed

Good morning.
Operating system 23H2 b22631.3085 in Italian language, I noticed only now that the name in the folder "Users" results with the English name and not with the Italian name "Utenti". , what could have happened?

I don't know how it could happen in the users folder was missing the hidden file desktop.ini. the contents of which must be:
[.ShellClassInfo]
LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21813
I restored it and it works, just in case not knowing the cause of this problem I restored the OS image.
