The new format ( open with ) did not appear

The ( open with ) menu has not changed its look even though I have the latest version
Is there anything to do?

Try clicking on 'Show more options' to see the full menu.
If you want to see the full menu without having to click on 'Show more option' then install WinAero Tweaker and then 'Enable Classsic Full Context Menu'. See photo: -

I think you meant the "Open with" dialog box (app picker). Isn't it?
