Solved The sound is totally distorted.

Hello everyone.
I have a problem that I do not know when exactly it started, I think that by changing sound improvements. Currently, I have the distorted sound, I listen to any YouTube song and it is as if they were inside the bathtub or something similar.
Also in the Windows sound option they appeared more sections than before.
I tried to install and uninstall the Realtek controller again and again, but nothing seems to solve it. Attached screenshots.
I hope someone can help me solve this problem.

Could be...

• A driver related issue, check for an update
• A problem with the output device (if you have another speaker, headset etc test with that)
• A problem with the sound card itself (not likely to be fixable on a laptop, but could test a new sound card if it's a desktop)

you could also try the troubleshooter
