@zbook I re-read some posts here and there is only 1 thing I can't do for you. I've tried, but no dice. That is the BSOD homework you assigned. My question to you is this: If I'm installing Windows 11 for the first time and it starts to act up on me (i.e. crashes, freezes) what would you recommend? Should I turn off the computer and then turn it back on and see where the computer starts me off in finishing the installation? Should I do re-do it until it gets it right? Is there something in the installer that is logging all these problems?
Sorry for all the questions, but I feel these are good questions that I have Google and to no avail.

Please find a camera or smartphone camera.

For any test or step > take pictures > post images or share links into this thread

For example:

a) Windows may display an error message or code

b) Memtest86 may display other information beside pass

etc.

For share links please use one drive, drop box, or google drive.


Make sure that images are posted for each Sea Tools, Memtest86 and if available include the Memtest86 text / html report.



List the install RAM part numbers.

Indicate whether the installed RAM are or are not on the Qualified Vendor List:



Indicate whether the computer is or is not overclocked.

And indicate whether XMP is or is not on.


On a working computer create a bootable Ubuntu flash drive:



Report whether the computer is unstable or stable with another other operating system.


Again please include images or share links for all steps / tests.

@zbook - I'll jump on your list of things to do sometime, as my honey to-do list got bigger overnight. (LOL). Again, I'm telling you when I ran those tests yesterday, there were NO ERRORs! Not on the memory or the drives. As for putting another type of OS on this bad boy, my I9 is very unstable at the time being.
Do you think you could take the time (as I have with you) to answer my questions?
#1: While installing Windows 11 and if it crashes (BSOD), or freezes, or doesn't complete, what is your recommendation such as restart, what??
#2: If #1 does happen, is there a internal log or some sort that I could look at that will inform me what the problem is?

If there are crashes during the installation of Windows it is extremely rare to have a misbehaving non-Microsoft driver.
It most likely is caused by malfunctioning or incompatible hardware.

The Memtest86 report was requested which displays information besides pass.
For example it displays the BIOS version.

The RAM part numbers are important to check for incompatible hardware.

Windows may or may not create dump files when there is a crash.

Windows is less likely to create a dump file during it's installation.

Dump files are useful for finding misbehaving drivers.

Dump files are typically not needed during an installation as third party drivers were not yet installed.

I thank everyone who has tried to help me with this I9. It was a pleasure to meet new people here on the board.
So last night I took everything apart and cleaned and inspected everything. Nothing was missing or broken. I reseated all components including the memory chips, and added more new thermal paste to the CPU. Then I reinstalled the Windows 11 Pro and the BIOS. Today my baby is purring like a newborn kitten. It's acting like I just unboxed the system and started it up the first time. I took out my AMD Video Card and put in my Intel Video Card do not have such a tough draw on the power supply. Tonight when I play my two games and get Plex back up and running we will tell if it will handle it. I've already run CINEBench 23 and the score was next to the threadripper like it has already been.
