Lenovo may want you to clean install first and backup imaging is ideal.


For a RMA with different motherboard open a thread in this forum room: Backup and Restore
(Ask about any activation issues with/without Microsoft account)
(These are OEM so unlikely)
(Ask about potentially different hardware components and restored drivers)



For error logs they can be ignored as they typically are marked with a date.

If you prefer to delete them there are some that are hidden and commands can run: del /f /s /q for WER .
Alternatively you can clean reliability history and event viewer.
