Just came across this article. The first option is interesting - and so is the second. It seems with the second one, that disconnecting from the internet does work - if you do it at the right time (maybe turn off the router before starting). Has anyone tried either of these methods? The third one seems too fiddly to me. This is for Windows 11 Home, not Pro.
