Timeline Software Like Recall

Is there third party timeline software like Recall? Which tracks files, photos, websites, etc and allows you to find a desired search result.

Windows 10 had Timeline but Microsoft deprecated it.

It looks like a good project but the need to install separate components to make it run... that's not what I've in mind.

That said, unlike Recall, it records only the data required and doesn't try to hog disk space.

An efficient search tool that respects our privacy would be welcome.

I'm sure people will come up with more Recall alternatives in the future.
