Indeed Process Hacker suffered for years because of it, as a powerful tool, like PsExec, it can be used by malware, but the signature makes all the difference, System Informer solved it. I would not be surprised if Defender or SmartAppControl blocks it eventually.

I wonder how he have made the activation process.. as he designed XP online activation.
If you have the key, can you activate the Pro section if you are totally offline, or do you have to be online as with winXP?
If it has to be online.. i wonder how many years he will keep the activation server online.. as the day he shuts its down you cant use the program even if you have the licence key

as far as i am aware the activation is kept local after the product key has been activated
i have just updated TMOG to the preview release beta and it kept to the pro version.
