tpm + reserved partiton error

Windows 11 Insider Preview 27788.1000 (rs_prerelease) would not install it was all working updating etc, then this error happened, never had a problem before.
2025-02 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows Version Next for x64 (KB5053390)

thanks all, i tried all the advice and ran into a few problems with extended partition for the download not big enough etc, i got fed up and just reinstalled win 11.
