I'm unable to disable some security and maintenance settings in Windows 11. They're checked and I can't uncheck them. I've been having this problem since Windows 7.

First of all! We need your FULL System Specs. System Specs - Fill in at Ten Forums It's from Tenforums but it'll work here. Since Windows 7??? Please explain yourself and lead us through this journey from 7 to 11. Please be as detailed as you can. For one, are there hardware upgrades to this existing system? I'll leave it at that for now. Others will jump in.

It doesn't make sense having to create an account there just to fill my system specs. Anyway, I also have this "problem" in other PCs and I'm starting to think it's normal behavior.

I'm unable to disable the Windows Update, Miicrosoft Account, Spyware and unwanted software protection, Windows activation, Device software, Startup apps and Homegroup settings. I'm talking about some of these settings.

You have an account with 16 posts "Here". So fill in your specs "Here" Using the information from the TenFoums Link I sent From "There" For the information you need to post your specs "Here". Simple. I hope. The rest we'll deal with when that information comes in. You can't work with a system when you don't know what components are involved. Meaning, Software and or Hardware.

But I already created an account here, not there, and I don't get it why my hardware specs are needed.

So, I filled some of my PC's specs here.
