Anything is possible at this moment, the RTM is happening. 22000.194 has been released to those on the Release preview on Windows 10
this means that the current Beta Chanel for Windows 11 could be winding down or will do shortly.
The Dev channel is still running but is now working to the first major update to Windows 11 due sometime Next year.
Microsoft has made 22000.194 available generally to those in the early Release Preview on Windows 10
As you can imagine the situation is currently confused and the best option, if you are not offered, or otherwise able to find a copy of 22000.194, may be to wait until the full release on October the 5th when it will be available generally and maybe even offered to those with fully compliant systems through WU, (though the plan is apparently to ramp this up to full after the holidays).
Edit FYI
The other thing that is now supposed to apply is the full minimum requirement will be checked at install/upgrade, Microsoft have recently stated that this will be warned to the user at the install stage and a recommendation made to remain with Windows 10, you will be able to get past this warning but it will likely mean that you will have no support from Microsoft and will likely include all future updates including security
