Solved Unidentified icon after Windows update

Since the latest Windows update I now have a dropdown icon at the top/middle of my screen. It is a text bubble with a downward arrow (white with blue background).
When pulled down it reads "searching for your video". Can anyone tell me what this is and how to remove it?

Turn the Drag Tray off.

I have all the latest updates, and do NOT see what you are describing.

Perhaps it was there briefly during or after one of the recent updates, but it is not there now, however, I usually don't look at just my desktop that often, since 95% of the time I have multiple apps open on all 3 of my monitors and am working on a project :)

That is the drag tray icon. To get rid of it do exactly what @OldMainframeGuy suggested.
