A user has installed my application. Every time he starts it he gets an "Unknown publisher prompt". How do I stop this.

Is your app digitally signed by a cert authority? If not, it's probably blocked by how it's downloaded, or copied.

Unblock File Downloaded from Internet in Windows 11

No that's not the problem - he has run the downloaded installer with no problems after unlocking it.

He gets this when he runs the installed application.
