Current version Windows 11 Home 22H2 (22621.3958). Running Asus Desktop i5-11400 - machine bought with Win 11 installed.
On July 17, 2024 Microsoft advised that "Windows 11 2023 Update, is now broadly available to all users with eligible devices"

I have a device running Windows 11 Home 22H2 (22621.3958). It is an Asus i5-11400 processor. (Device came with 11 so it meets minimun 11 requirements.)
There are no failed updates on this device and it is connected to a 500Mbps unlimited data plan. For the last week in checking for updates the 23H2 update is not presented.
I'm reluctant to use the ISO to run an inplace repair / upgrade. I thought all holds had been removed with this announcement.
Any ideas or other more streamlined methods to update?
