Solved Upgrade_failure_info_bat not creating zip file

Brand new MSI desktop. It will not update to 2025-11 Preview Update (KB5070311) (26200.7309). It stops at 41% install and then I get 'Failed to install 0x800f0983'.

I tried running the bat file and when it's done running, it says a "zip file' was created to my desktop but there is no zip file on my desktop. What am I doing wrong?
