How do I get rid of this stupid windows 11 message when i open a script, no matter what file I convert it to it keeps nagging "Is this file from a trusted source?" seems no one knows.

In file explorer, right click the file, select properties and then check the 'unblock' box.

Turn off SmartScreen (Windows Security)

1. Open Settings → Privacy & security → Windows Security → App & browser control.
2. Under "Reputation-based protection", click "Reputation-based protection settings".
3. Turn off "Check apps and files" (set to Off).
4. Optionally turn off "SmartScreen for Microsoft Edge" if needed.

Windows Security > App & browser control > Smart App Control > Smart App Control settings > Off.
Windows Security > Reputation-based protection > Reputation-based protection settings > ....

The latter is a large selection of options, adjust to suit your way of working.
