I just downloaded and created the iso. I used rufus like always and would not install saying hardware restriction. I have the boxes checked when I made the iso.. Any ideas?

Thank you very much. It worked great. I still get the message about secure boot. Rufus always fixes that for me, and I can install all other versions. I just checked to see if somehow it was off in the bios but its still on. I just tried 25951 and it works perfectly, no hardware error. Strange...

Check your DNS. Turn off your VPN (or use a VPN if your country blocks access). Check if you have a 3rd-party firewall or security product blocking access.

I'm trying DNS and VPN but the result is always the same.
Does it work to you?
What DNS and/or country do you use?

tried cloudflare, same error Failed to resolve the hostname tlu.dl.delivery.mp.microsoft.com, cause: Unknown error

work with your system?

Works for me.

tlu.dl.delivery.mp.microsoft.com is the same set of Windows Update servers that your PC would use. Does Windows Update normally work for you?
