I hope it is temporary... But since I loaded windows 11, everything seems to be much slower. Waking the computer, cropping in Polyview, starting Photoshop... It looks good but I hope the speed is going to be fixed... And I run Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-9900K CPU @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHz and 128 GB of Ram on the last Shuttle...

Hi.. what version of 11 are you using? Are you in the insider program?? From your description you have a decent if not a great rig.. I have to think this over since my rig hasn't slowed down starting up Photoshop.

I use Defender and Malwarebytes. No virus. The slowdown is the sole result of the upgrade from 10 to 11... Hopefully, the updates will take care of it...

hmm, i doubt it, No one else is having the issue like that so theres only one common denominator . Im on a 10700k and photoshop/premiere pro etc load as snappy as always if not quicker.

I got an i9-9900K CPU @ 3.70GHz but only 32gb of ram and running 22000.282 release build and mine is as fast if not generally a tad faster on most tasks
