I am not able to start any virtual machine in virtual box
whenever I tried to start it, gave me the same error :-

Failed to get device handle and/or partition ID for 0000000002249ff0

please help out

It seems to be Hyper-V related. Turn off 'hypervisorlaunchtype'.

That gets solved in the end.
