I just signed up with Verizon for the Ultra Wideband millimeter band and the web form said I was eligible. I expected the rectangular gateway that glues to the window (gecko foot), but received the cube tabletop one instead ASK-NCQ1338FA.
AFAIK at this early stage, the ASK model I have is for C-band. Or does it do both?
I actually do want the C-band, because in spring when the leaves are back on the trees, the millimeter one might fail to reach me anymore. The C-band should penetrate more, AFAIK.
Can Win11 or some other software tell me which band my gateway is using? I logged into the admin console but don't see that listed there.
Thanks.
[I'm getting 70 to 140 Mbps, depending on where I place the cube. So that surely seems like C-band.]
